Whillo: January/February Audiobook and Music Releases
Hello all!
This February, we have new audiobooks from YWAM Publishing's "Christian Heroes" series by Janet and Geoff Benge, including the uplifting stories of Helen Roseveare (Mama Luka), Hudson Taylor (Deep in the Heart of China), Gladys Aylward (The Adventure of a Lifetime), C.T. Studd (No Retreat), David Bussau (Facing the World Head-On), and Florence Young (Mission Accomplished).
Also added to our growing audiobook catalog are inspiring stories from YWAM Publishing's "Heroes of History" series, including tales of one laborer-turned-American-folk-hero at the Battle of the Alamo (Davy Crockett), the first power-driven airplane (Orville Wright), the bravery of an African-American abolitionist (Harriet Tubman), and how George Washington became the first president of the United States of America.
Your little ones will also love the delightful tales by master storyteller, Thornton W. Burgess, The Adventure of Old Mr. Toad and The Adventures of Bob White.
For older teens/adults, we've also added the books "Taking on Giants" by Joe Portale, and "River People" by Kent and Josephine Truehl, both from the "International Adventure" series, telling the incredible story of the pursuit of God’s vision for ministry, love, and life. The third book in the "Circle C Milestones" collection by Susan Marlow has also been added.
You'll also find few additional titles narrated by Jim Hodges Audiobooks (Robinson Crusoe and the Swiss Family Robinson).
Moving on to this month's music releases, we've added two albums by the Hope Heralds Men's Choir, a collection of Psalters by Jeff Knibbe, and some relaxing harp music by Joseph Nimoh. You can now also listen to five new Psalter albums from the Asaph Choir.
Also new to the platform is a colleciton of Whillo-original calm harp Psalters and organ music by Gailen Wilbrink.
Additionally, we've added several Psalter and Hymn albums by musician Derek Baars and a collection of Gadsby hymns by Pierre Groenenboom!
Last but not the least, we also have in the catalog the 6th and 7th volumes of Fitting Praises by the Protestant Reformed Psalm Singing Choir and some selections from the book of Psalms for Worship by Crown & Covenant Publications.
We've added stories and music that span time, cultures, and adventures; perfect for cozy winter nights or when your family is on the road and needs some great audio content to listen to.
All of these titles are now available inside the Whillo app. Be sure to refresh the app when you open it and you should see all of the latest titles.

- We have some updates coming to the codebase of Whillo that should fix some permissions issues that some users were having with the online Whillo player. If everything goes as planned you can expect to see those updates mid-month.

Hello all! Here are our releases for the months of September and October. The focus for October was to significantly increase the size of our music catalog, so you'll see a lot more new music than audiobooks this go around! For November our goal is to significantly build our audiobook collection. We are just waiting for the final "dotting of the i's and crossing of the t's" with a large audiobook distributor that we are very excited to have on board (their books have been requested multiple...
